Kevin J. Mosley is a father and man on a mission—to serve God and others through technology, mentorship, and purpose-driven leadership. As our Director of Technology, Kevin brings not only a wealth of technical expertise but also a heart devoted to building God's Kingdom both online and in person.

A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Kevin served five honorable years in the military, including a deployment to the Middle East. After completing his service, he transitioned into the tech industry by teaching himself to code during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through hard work, prayer, and discipline, he became a software engineer specializing in full-stack web development, working with some of the largest brands in the world that have generated over $500 million in revenue with software he has built.

Kevin is the founder of Military Then Code, a growing platform that helps veterans, active duty members, and career-changers break into the tech industry. Through militarythencode.com, he offers free coding courses, career coaching, and community support rooted in real-world experience and encouragement.

He also travels globally as a motivational speaker, sharing his testimony and teaching the L.O.O.P. (Living Obviously On Purpose) framework—a biblically inspired system designed to help people find purpose and turn past pain into power.
